Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
